Verdaji™ is a technology created to help you organise and use authorised information about your financial reality.

• Verdaji is not a bank.
• Verdaji does not lend money.
• Verdaji does not guarantee credit approval.
• Credit products are offered by the financial institutions responsible for them.

By accessing the website or using the services, you agree to do so lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and applicable legislation.

When information is requested for a purpose, it must be true, current and about you. Use of certain features may depend on applicable requirements, including legal capacity.

Verdaji operates according to the permissions and purposes presented to you. You choose when to use your Verdaji and what information you authorise for each purpose.

The final credit decision always belongs to the financial institution responsible for the product and depends on its own eligibility criteria, policies and applicable requirements.

ETHOS® helps assess payment capacity and suitability. It does not replace or make the final decision of the credit institution.

Services, features and integrations may vary depending on:

• location;
• the participating institution;
• product availability;
• technical availability of the service.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, seeking to communicate significant changes appropriately.

Verdaji does not guarantee:

• credit approval;
• the rate;
• the limit;
• the number of options available;
• the time to disbursement of funds.

These elements depend on the institution responsible for the product and its applicable criteria.

Verdaji™, O-Bainc®, QNCaaS® and ETHOS® remain trademarks and technologies of O-Bainc, as applicable, as does the content, software, interfaces and materials of the website and the service.

Use of the website or the service does not transfer any intellectual property right, nor does it authorise reproduction, adaptation or commercial use without prior authorisation.

You may not:

• misuse the service or interfere with its operation and security;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• commit or attempt fraud;
• carry out reverse engineering where prohibited;
• misuse another person's identity, documents or data;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We work to provide a secure and available service, with technical care appropriate to the context of use. Even so, digital services may experience interruptions, temporary unavailability or failures beyond our control.

O-Bainc® is not responsible for the decisions, terms, policies and products of the financial institutions responsible for credit, nor for third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Brazilian legislation, including the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

These Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately, and the current version will always be available on this page.
