Trust and security
Security has been part of Verdaji from the start.
We protect the experience with technical and organisational controls appropriate to the context of use — without asking you to take our word for it alone.
You are in control
You choose when to use your Verdaji and what information you authorise for a stated purpose. Every authorisation exists for a clear purpose, explained before you decide.
Only what is necessary
For each purpose, Verdaji is designed to use only the information that is necessary. Less information in circulation means less exposure for you.
Encryption and protection
Security and encryption are part of the Verdaji architecture, applied according to the context of use and to industry good practice.
Access control
Access to systems and information is restricted according to legitimate operational need: who needs it, for what, and for how long. Permissions are managed and reviewed as part of operating the service.
Monitoring and response
Security events may be monitored and investigated, and O-Bainc maintains processes to respond to security incidents, including assessment, containment and communication where applicable.
We do not disclose details of internal infrastructure, because that information, on its own, creates risk for the people we use technology to protect.
Never send sensitive data over WhatsApp
To protect you, do not send passwords, banking credentials, statements or documents over WhatsApp. Information necessary for your journey must be provided through the secure channels indicated by Verdaji.
Verdaji does not ask for passwords or banking credentials by message, email or phone.
Report a vulnerability
If you have identified a possible security vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Describe what you found with as much technical detail as possible and, please, avoid accessing other people's data while investigating.
For customer service, privacy or accessibility questions, use enquiries@o-bainc.com or see Contact.
Details about data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
