LGPD
Your data. Your rights.
The LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) sets out rights over your personal data. Verdaji was designed to make those rights easier to understand.
This page explains each right in plain language. Details about purposes, legal bases and sharing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Confirmation and access
You may request confirmation of the existence of processing and access to your data, where applicable — including to understand what information exists and what it is being used for.
Correction
You may request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data. Correct information protects you: it is what allows your reality to be understood as it is.
Deletion, blocking and anonymisation
These rights apply in the situations set out in the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and may be subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations. Where it is not possible to delete information, we explain why.
Portability
Portability of data to another service or product provider may be exercised in accordance with applicable regulation.
Information about sharing
You may request information about the public and private entities with which your data has been shared, in accordance with the LGPD.
Consent
Where processing depends on consent, you may exercise the rights provided for by law, including revocation, and be informed of the consequences of not consenting. Not every form of processing has consent as its legal basis — the applicable bases are described in the Privacy Policy.
Automated decisions
In cases where the LGPD rights relating to automated processing apply, you may request relevant information and, where applicable, a review under the terms of applicable legislation.
Verdaji does not decide whether credit is granted. The final decision always belongs to the financial institution responsible for the product, according to its own criteria, and requests relating to that decision may need to be directed to it.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request by email, clearly stating what you would like. We will respond within the applicable timeframes.
To protect the data subject, we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. This prevents someone from obtaining or changing your information without authorisation.
